Biography

Ruck Star Lizzie is a creator, presenter and speaker exploring the ideas, people and systems that shape performance, leadership and culture.

Her work sits at the intersection of sport, books, media and human behaviour - drawing on more than a decade in rugby, experience in television and journalism, and a longstanding fascination with excellence and failure.

She has competed in rugby, played abroad, worked with global brands, presented on television, and written for and been featured in publications including The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Rugby Journal and The Rugby Paper.

Today, Lizzie creates long-form essays and video examining exceptional people and the environments around them- from elite athletes and coaches to business leaders and cultural figures. Her work uses individual stories to explore bigger questions about  character, leadership and success.

Across digital media, broadcasting and live events, she combines intellectual curiosity, sporting experience and storytelling to make complex ideas accessible, useful and entertaining.
