Biography

Ruck Star Lizzie is a creator, presenter and speaker exploring the ideas, people and systems that shape sport, media and culture.

 

Drawing on more than a decade in rugby, alongside experience in television, journalism and social media, her work sits at the intersection of sport and storytelling.

She has competed in rugby, played abroad, worked with global brands and presented on TV.

 

The idea for Ruck Stars grew out of a university project and a desire for a platform to tell the stories of women in rugby whose voices were underrepresented.

Today, she continues to tell stories through sport. Her work uses individual stories to explore bigger questions about culture and lessons we can learn on and off the pitch.

Across digital media, broadcasting and live events, Lizzie combines sporting experience, intellectual curiosity and storytelling to make complex ideas accessible, useful and entertaining.
